This may be partly because I'm focused on Contracts for the early bit (which are easier than Ops and thus don't need to level up the bonuses as much so early), but I'm not sure. I also prefer to level Overclock as fast as possible. So you can bank time, gain faction rep, and gain combat stats all while the game is off, then blaze through actions when live. Importantly, Bonus Time even builds up if you are doing Faction Work during the off-time. When the game is inactive, the Bladeburner actions don't continue working, but it does bank Bonus Time, which allows Bladeburner actions to run 5x faster until it runs out.

Normally you wouldn't have an opportunity to build up faction rep and move Bladebirner forward at the same time, but you didn't cover Bonus Time. You should eventually get to a point where your stamina generation outpaces your ability to spend it on actions. And the Bladeburner Augmentations can really speed up your late-run snowball, especially the ones that give +stamina generation. If your early run focus is on contracts, and you can get 6-10 ranks in Hand of Midas, you can start making bank quite reliably. Resetting doesn't set you back as far as you'd think, since the first few hundred levels of skill build pretty quickly, especially with bonuses, then skill ranks get much slower. I also pick up opportunistic Neuroflux Generators. MVPs are Tian Di Hui, Slum Snakes, and Tetrads, which provide access to augments for +faction rep gain, +skill exp gain and bonuses to combat skills. You completely disregard money, factions and augmentations, but I find them useful. I have some different opinions on a few things, though.
